The official registered business name is Service Hazelpoint (Pty) Ltd. The company was established in 2018 to help local organisations move beyond half-finished antivirus installs toward documented endpoint protection and policies that match daily operations.
Brief history
Early work focused on small offices in eThekwini that had purchased endpoint licences but never finished enrolment. Over time, clients asked for clearer links between written security rules and console settings, so policy alignment reviews became a standing offer beside setup projects. Today the team still prefers on-site pilot groups and written handover packs over remote-only “set and forget” deployments.
How we work
We inventory devices, agree a baseline, deploy carefully, and name owners for every exclusion. Consultants explain changes in plain language so your admin can maintain the estate after we leave. We advise on configuration; you remain the licence holder and decision-maker for your chosen endpoint product.
