Rates and estimate factors
Figures below are starting points in South African rand. Final quotes follow a short inventory of devices, sites, and existing products—never a one-size subscription card.

How estimates are built
We ask for approximate endpoint counts, whether servers share the same product, how many physical sites need visits, and whether written policies already exist. Mixed operating systems, legacy applications needing exclusions, and evening maintenance windows add time and therefore cost.
What is never included in the rate
Third-party licence fees, hardware replacement, and identity-provider projects sit outside these engagements unless separately scoped. Travel within central eThekwini is included for standard setup visits; longer trips across KZN are listed as line items on the estimate.
Deposits
Projects above R15 000 typically require a 40% deposit to reserve scheduling. The balance is due on handover of the written baseline and walkthrough. Quarterly retainers are invoiced at the start of each quarter.
