During engagements we may process business contact details and technical configuration data necessary to perform the work. We do not request passwords through the public website form.
Purposes
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, deliver contracted services, improve our internal scheduling, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics cookies, when accepted, help us understand aggregate visit patterns.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Contract and invoice records are retained as required under South African tax and company law.
Your rights
Subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing.
